1. Acceptance of terms

Bypz is operated by Bypz Finance Inc., a BVI business company with a registered address at Intershore Chambers, PO Box 4342, Road Town, Tortola, VG1110 British Virgin Islands ("Bypz", "we", "us"). By accessing Bypz or submitting an application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Bypz provides payment acceptance, stablecoin settlement, global payouts, and crypto-collateralized buy-now-pay-later tooling for merchants. Availability and features may vary by region and are subject to eligibility review.

3. Fees

Payment transactions are charged at 1% and BNPL orders at 3%, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees may change with notice.

4. Merchant obligations

• Provide accurate business and identity information.
• Comply with applicable laws, including AML and sanctions rules.
• Not use the service for prohibited or illegal goods and services.

5. Crypto and lending risk

Crypto assets are volatile and collateral may be liquidated. Nothing in the service constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bypz is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
